Shipping Policy

Shipping amounts on all items sold by ToyExit.com vary from item to item. Most shipping amounts are calculated based on the items weight and destination. Some items at ToyExit.com have free shipping promotions. Feel free to take advantage of these whenever possible. You will see a marking that says FREE SHIPPING in any of those auctions. The shipping listed in every auction is the standard US flat shipping rate and is effective for physical addresses in the 48 contingent states.

ToyExit.com ships via USPS to a physical continental US address, providing fast, traceable and insured shipments. The US shipping listed in the auction is for this service unless otherwise noted. The shipping options are listed in the auction at the bottom of the listing. Sometimes we ship FedEx. If you receive your item via FedEx instead of USPS, you will not be charged the additional fees.

ToyExit.com ships via USPS to PO Boxes and Military addresses; however, there is an additional fee for these types of shipments.  There is an additional fee for Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and Puerto Rico as well. Orders to the previous destinations can ship with any of the above methods depending on weight, location and price. In addition, we ship USPS internationally. See the section on international shipping for more details.

The shipping amount listed in the auction is not negotiable.

In a case where the incorrect shipping is paid, the additional shipping will be sent to you as a Paypal invoice and your order will be held until the correct full payment has been received.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be sent via e-mail automatically when your item ships; however, sometimes servers will reject the mail because it is automated. If you did not receive a tracking number and believe your item has shipped, please contact us with your shipping name and eBay item number and we would be happy to retrieve it and forward it to you. Please note that the email address we have on record in our database to contact you with is the email address that was submitted with payment. This means if you have a different email for Paypal and for eBay, we will be contacting you at the email associated with your payment method  your Paypal email address. If you would like an alternate email address to be your main contact with ToyExit.com please include the email address in the notes with your payment and we will be happy to use the email address of your choice.

Combined Shipping

We do combine shipping if the items are paid for in one payment. If you pay in separate payments, we cannot combine the shipping costs for lower rates. Items that ship in more than one box, oversized items, or package deals that need multiple packages must be handled on a case by case basis and may not be eligible for the full discount. Local Pickups

Unfortunately, we cannot allow pick-ups at this time.

 

Expedited Shipping

We do offer Expedited Shipping via USPS. Upgrades in shipping may be selected and paid for at the time of purchase. This is available on most items. Items with Get It Fast ship via USPS 2 day. For other situations to get express shipping please email us ship1@ToyExit.com 

Listed Shipping Amounts

Shipping for our auctions is calculated and doesn’t include insurance. Insurance is available on all items if you choose to insure your item. All items ship with tracking #’s & delivery confirmations. We try to be as fair as possible when calculating shipping prices. If there is a listing where you feel the shipping amount is high, check the total price of the auction to see if you are still getting value. If you are not getting the value you like, or think shipping is unfair in any way, please do not click buy it now.

 

Shipping Packaging and Condition

Items are very carefully packaged by our trained service department. All items are shipped in satisfactory condition. ToyExit.com would never ship an item that is damaged in any way, or even looks like it may be damaged. If you receive a package that is damaged and it was obviously done in shipment, please email us within 3 days of receipt so we can work on filing a shipping claim and getting you the item you ordered in the condition stated. Address Corrections

If you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us ASAP. If your order has already been shipped, there may be a fee assessed for the address correction. We can only correct addresses that are shipped via USPS and it is not always possible to correct. If the item comes back to us due to incorrect address, we will ship one more time free of charge in most cases. This only applies to physical addresses in the continental United States; all other address would be responsible to repay the shipping fee in order to get their item reshipped. If any address given to us for USPS can be changed, then the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees or lost items.

Canada Shipping

 We will ship packages internationally and we offer fast and safe international shipments using USPS.

  • Shipping is done via USPS and tracking is available. 
  • Customs fees, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may apply and is the complete responsibility of the customer to estimate what they may be prior to purchasing and pay them completely upon receipt. ToyExit.com in no way profits from this and these fees have nothing at all to do with the shipping charges paid at the time of purchase. See below for more on taxes and duties.
  • International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
  • Your charge from ToyExit.com includes only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be taken care of by you. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
  •  We also mark all of our packages as merchandise (not gifts) with the actual purchase price as the customs value to fall in line with customs practices.
  •  Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office if you'd like more information.

 International Shipping (except Canada)

ToyExit.com prides itself on offering our amazing deals to the entire world. We will ship packages internationally and we offer the fast and safe international shipments using USPS international services. Here are a few things to note on international shipments:

  • WE CANNOT MARK ITEMS AS GIFTS, NO EXCEPTIONS IT IS THE LAW
  • International shipments may take a couple of extra days to deal with customs clearance and paperwork
  • Incorrect shipping amounts will be refunded immediately and you will be sent a correct invoice.
  • Customs fees, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may apply and is the complete responsibility of the customer to estimate what they may be prior to purchasing and pay them completely upon receipt.

Drop Shipments

ToyExit.com does not drop ship items in most cases. In the unfortunate event where we oversell an item, we will ship from a supplier when possible in order to expedite the order processing and make sure that our customers get the items they pay for as quickly as possible.

 

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance includes damaged packages on delivery, and non-receipt. We must be notified of damage to a package on delivery within 3 business days in order to file the insurance claim. Please note that insurance claims can take 2-4 weeks to process. In most cases we will expedite the process by sending you a replacement as soon as it has been determined that the shipping company is at fault. In some cases, it takes more time to determine fault, so please be patient as we are working very hard to get any claim filed and paid as quickly as possible.
