A ToyExit full warranty means that we fully warrant the unit from arriving to the customer dead-on-arrival (DOA). ToyExit offers full warranties on all of its products.
ToyExit.com takes pride in packaging and shipping of products, but if your product was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item with your sales receipt number, item number, and product name.
